Hotel rooms need upgrading. Staff did put me up in a cleaner room / 1st room smelled of smoke.

The staff was friendly.

The room was musty smelling and the furniture is old and very beat up. Black crumb looking things in the bottom of the tub.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, the facility itself is outdated. The furniture was all scratched up and the room was dingy. There was a substance that looked ugly all over the bottom of the bath tub. This hotel is in need of updating. Bathroom door did not open (poor hotel design).

If you need to be near Mass General or Government Center this is fine - but it is not in the Financial District (which is how it was categorized).

The beds were super comfy.

There was a fee for microwave and refrigerator.

Location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful. I didn't like that there was a fee for use of a microwave and refrigerator. Also there was no safety in the room.
